South East Water Goes Live

When I left SDM a few weeks ago, I had just finished developing South East Water's public web site using MOSS (only content needed to be added). Even after I had finished SDM, I was still testing it remotely and providing feedback (we had a wierd deployment issue, which was resolved with the help of Angus Logan).
